ASCP's PEPFAR Efforts
The American Society for Clinical Pathology announced that it will receive
approximately $1.5 million in federal funds to continue to provide laboratory
training and quality improvement programs in African countries severely
affected by AIDS as part of President Bush's PEPFAR program. Read

Feature a different laboratory test in each column or broadcast segment. Tell your readers or viewers what the test is for, when it should be done, and how patients should prepare for the test. Talk with medical technologists, pathologists, or another laboratory professionals about their work and the thousands of patients whose lives they save each month.
